FAQ
What is web hosting?
A website must be hosted on a web server. Once you have your domain name you will set the domain name servers (DNS) to point to the location your site is hosted. Your web host will provide you with 2 or more DNS addresses to point it too. This lets the internet know where to direct requests for your domain. The server then sends the data of your pages to the users browser so they can view your site.
We provide web hosting for our clients that is geo-targeted to their location. For our Canadian clients we have a data center in Canada. For our US based clients we have 2 data centers. We do this so our clients sites are located closer to their target markets. It speeds up page load times and it helps them with their localized search engine rankings.
