END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Axe Media B.V. ("Axe Media", "we", or "us"). It applies to all apps, browser extensions, and other installed software we distribute, including updates ("apps"), unless an app is provided under a separate license agreement. For installed apps, this EULA takes precedence over our general Terms of Use where they conflict.

By installing or using an app, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

1. Your license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to install and use our apps on devices you own or are authorized to use, subject to this EULA. Apps are licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain ownership of the apps and their intellectual property.

2. Responsible use

You must use the apps lawfully and must not use them to harm others or interfere with systems or services. You may not sell, rent, redistribute, modify, or reverse engineer the apps, bypass their security measures, or remove ownership notices, except where permitted by law or an applicable open-source license.

3. Updates

We may provide updates to fix issues, improve security, or change features. Automatic updates depend on the app and your device or app-store settings. We will provide updates and notice of significant changes as required by law. This EULA also applies to updates unless they come with a separate license agreement.

4. Third-party services and components

Apps may include or link to third-party services and software. Their own terms may apply to your use of those services. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses, which take priority over this EULA for those components.

5. Privacy

For information about how personal data is handled, read our Privacy Policy and any privacy notice provided with the app.

6. Payments

If an app offers paid features or subscriptions, the price and payment terms will be shown before purchase. Payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled under the applicable purchase or app-store terms and your legal rights. Uninstalling an app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

7. Ending use

You can stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your license if you seriously breach this EULA, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate or required by law. If your license ends, you must stop using the app and remove your copies.

8. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, apps are provided "as is", without additional warranties. We do not promise that they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the apps. Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory consumer rights, including rights to remedies for faulty digital content.

9. Governing law and contact

This EULA is governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you also retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring claims in your country of residence that apply to you.
